1. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: If you’re not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds apply only to the first month of service and are issued in full, provided you notify us before the 14-day period ends.
Annual Subscriptions: For annual plans, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, we’ll refund the full amount paid for the annual term. After 30 days, no refunds are available, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
Post-Trial Purchases: If you sign up after a free trial, the refund window (14 days for monthly, 30 days for annual) begins on the date of your first paid subscription, not the trial start.

Usage: Refunds are contingent on limited use of the service (e.g., no excessive reliance on AI agents or remote visual assistance features beyond reasonable evaluation). We reserve the right to review account activity.
